Payments Towards Tickets
After an offer is accepted, we will confirm with the Ticket Office whether the seller has made any payments towards the tickets for upcoming races. If Yes, then we will get agreement between the buyer and seller regarding reimbursement and exchange of tickets. If No, then the buyer will purchase the tickets directly from the Ticket Office. The ticket cost for each Seating Area can be found on the Seat Location Rights Info page.
Information Regarding Sale of Tickets
Any notes in the listing regarding the transaction for the tickets are for informational purposes only and are not legally binding. After an offer is accepted, we will get agreement between the buyer and seller regarding the terms of sale for the tickets, and at that time, the terms of sale for the tickets are legally binding.
