In order to sell the RV/Camping Location Rights to your RV/Camping Location, you must first create an account on the website. There is no charge to create an account. You can then login to your account, click the Create Listing button, and fill out some basic information about your listing.
You will receive an email each time a buyer submits an offer on your listing. You will have 48 hours to accept or reject this offer before it expires. If you reject the offer, you can submit a counter offer (the buyer cannot act on the counter offer- it is for information only).
After you accept an offer, we will get agreement between you and the buyer regarding the terms of sale for the camping pass and any tickets for upcoming races (if applicable). The transaction for the camping pass and any tickets (including payment and delivery) will be arranged between you and the buyer during the transfer based on these agreed-upon terms. We do not facilitate the transaction for the camping pass and tickets.
Once we have agreement between you and the buyer regarding the terms of sale for the camping pass and any tickets for upcoming races (if applicable), we will email the payment instructions to the buyer. There is nothing for you to do until we receive payment from the buyer.
Once we receive payment from the buyer, we will email the transfer instructions (and contact information, if applicable) to both you and the buyer. You and the buyer will then complete and send the transfer paperwork to the Ticket Office. You and the buyer will also arrange the transaction for any camping pass and tickets at this time (if applicable).
Once we confirm with the Ticket Office that your transfer is complete, we will send you a check for the sales price less the Transaction Fee. This Transaction Fee is calculated as 10% of the sale price (minimum $250).
Transaction Fee
The seller is charged a Transaction Fee calculated as 10% of the sale price (minimum $250). This fee will be deducted from the check we send you after your transaction is complete. Please note that Talladega Superspeedway has the right to change the fee structure of the Transfer Marketplace in the future.
Payout Methods
The seller will receive payment by check or wire transfer (upon request). Upon verification of the transfer, a check (less the transfer fee) is sent to the seller. The seller will receive an email with a tracking number once the payment is shipped.
